In his opening speech to the house of the legislator by Fox News, Taylor expressed his obvious frustration that his personal political preference for the deployment of strong military support for Ukraine has fallen below the points of the trump management.

Under Taylor’s colorful claims that the former national security adviser John Bolton warned preventive against a Trump call with Ukraine’s leader would be a “disaster”, and Taylor’s claim that he almost is not the job of the leading Ukrainian Embassy out of concern that the United States would not provide sufficient support for Ukraine.

Taylor also described the existence of an “irregular” communication channel with the Ukraine-led by trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and a “strange combination of promotion, confusing and ultimately disturbing circumstances” when he arrived in Kiev. The statement confirms earlier reporting of Taylor’s remarks from Fox News.

Taylor continued: “I was scared of what Mr. Morrison told me of the Sondland-Yermak conversation. This was the first time that I had not heard that the security assistance will only be taken by the White house — was conditioned on the investigation.”

On the same day, Taylor said, he sent Sondland a SMS ask message, whether it’s safety, help, and a White house meeting, “are conditioned on investigations,” at the request Sondland on request Taylor to call him. Although these texts have been published, the contents of Taylor’s call were unclear.

“During this call, ambassadors Sondland told me that President Trump had told him that he will explain President Zelenskyy want to publicly that Ukrain investigate Burisma and alleged Ukrainian interference in the 2016 US election,” Taylor says.

“Once I arrived in Kiev, I discovered ofencouraging a strange combination, confusing, andultimately alarming circumstances.”

“Until the middle of July, it was always clear to me that the meeting, President Zelenskyy wanted was to be conditioned on the studies of Burisma,” where Joe Biden’s son, Biden, Hunter, worked in a lucrative role in spite of no relevant expertise “and alleged Ukrainian interference in the US elections of 2016,” Taylor out.

In his opening statement, Taylor’s commitment to the support of Ukraine described is so strong that he threatened to fast to accept, Secretary of state Mike Pompeo offer for lead a the US Embassy in Kiev. Taylor, a retired diplomat, had been chosen to be the message to execute after the administration abruptly Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch displaced.

“During my meeting with Secretary-General Pompeo on may 28, I made clear to him and the others present that, when the US policy changed towards Ukraine, he would not want that I posted it and I couldn’t stay,” Taylor continued. “He assured me that the policy of strong support for Ukraine would continue, and that he would support me in defending this policy.”

The White house meanwhile, back Tuesday fired over Taylor ‘ s statement: “President Trump has done nothing wrong — this is a coordinated smear campaign from far-left to the legislature and the radical unelected bureaucrats of the war on the Constitution. There is no quid pro quo,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said.

Only Taylor’s opening statement was released at this point. However, the legislator is emerging after hours of private deposition, Taylor said redirected “disturbing” account, including the establishment of a “direct line” to the quid pro quo in the center of the Democrats ” impeachment request.

The legislature, said Taylor recalled the events that filled in gaps from the testimony of the other witnesses, in particular, Sondland, who testified last week, and whose statements are now in question by the Taylor ‘ s account. She said Taylor, records of conversations and documents.

“The testimony is very disturbing,” said Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-NY Rep., Dean Phillips, D-Minn., used the same word. Asked why, he said, “Because it’s becoming clearer and clearer.”

The account calls into question the statement of Sondland, a wealthy businessman, donated $1 million to Trump is opening, who told Congress last week that he doesn’t fully remember some of the details of the events. Sondland may be asked to return to the Congress after he testified that, among other things, he was not initially aware that the gas company is a three-piece.

Rep. Ami Bera, D-Calif., Taylor said, a career civil servant, had to remember better the details as Sondland.

In a series of text messages released earlier this month by the prosecution investigators, Taylor appeared troubled to be Trump, the efforts to withhold U.S. military aid to Ukraine, already approved by the Congress.

“I think it is to withhold security assistance, is crazy for help with a political campaign,” Taylor wrote in excerpts of the text messages released by the prosecution investigators.

The Republicans, however, Democrats accused the access to the transcripts of interviews they have been conducting as part of the prosecution’s request.
