The former justice officials accused to do Barr, President Trump’s” personal commandments’; chief White House correspondent John Roberts reports.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz said Sunday that he has provided proof that the former President Barack Obama asked “personally” to investigate the FBI, someone “in the order of George Soros,” the liberal billionaire mega-donor.

Dershowitz’s claim came soon after attorney General Bill Barr openly asked President Trump to stop tweeting about the ongoing Ministry of justice questions, saying it made it “impossible” for his work. Barr, who also claims that Trump never organized personally things intervened in criminal, met last week through a letter from former DOJ officials, the challenge of a left-wing group for his resignation.

“There are a lot of the White house gave the control of the Ministry of justice during the Kennedy administration, and I don’t think we saw very many liberal professors argue against that,” Dershowitz said in an interview with Breitbart News that aired Sunday on SiriusXM. “I have some information about the Obama administration, the dispute, at some point be revealed in a law, but I’m not ready to reveal it, now – about how President Obama was asked personally to investigate the FBI, someone in the order of George Soros, who was a close ally of him.” He did not say who might be the target have been.

Dershowitz added: “We have seen this type of White house influence over the justice system in virtually every Ministry of justice. The difference is that This President is much more blatant about it, he tweets about it. President Obama whispered to the justice Department about it. And I don’t think that these 1,000 former justice would consist of Ministry officials, the Shoe–the-other-foot test. Maybe some of them would, but a good many of them would not.”

Constitutional law, Dershowitz said, the President “could make a decision to pursue really in control of the justice Department” and decides, in particular, where criminal prosecution and not to pursue. The former member of the trump card of the prosecution, defense team clarified, but it would not move well.

“He shouldn’t do it; it has not done since Thomas Jefferson,” Dershowitz said. “Thomas Jefferson has to do it. We have seen this in our history.”

Pressed on, claiming that Obama pressed for an FBI probe, replied to Dershowitz: “The has come to in a dispute in the near future, Yes. This is not unusual. People whisper to the President all the time; the President whisper to the Ministry of justice all the time. It is very common; it is wrong, who does it, but it is common, and we should not think it is unique to a particular President. I have in my possession the actual 302 [eye witness report] form, which documents about this Problem, and it will come at the right time, but I am not free to reveal it, now, because it is a case not yet submitted.”

Many Democrats, meanwhile, floated the idea of impeachment, Barr. The Washington Post ran an op-ed slamming Barr for the activity as a Trump the “wingman” – although former attorney-General Eric Holder explicitly identified as Obama’s “wingman.”
