Biggs claimed that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is doing everything in its power to “pull-back on the horse” and keep your caucus “in check” on impeachment.
“I don’t think you can hold back much longer,” he said.
Biggs calculated that Pelosi “put gas on the fire” with the accusation that trump of a “cover-up.”
“These are the most important sentences of the Nixon impeachment and Bill Clinton’s impeachment. She has to be careful.”
