Demonstration against eviction bedouin villages in Israel
Thousands of people Saturday in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv, the street merged to protest against the eviction of two bedouin villages. Both Arabs and Jews participated in the demonstration. They waved Palestinian and Jewish flags.
The approximately five thousand protesters against further eviction of the bedouin villages in the Negevwoestijn. Last month were houses demolished in Umm al-Hiran and Kalansua. When those actions fell, also dead.
The Israeli authorities consider dozens of bedouin villages to be illegal. There life estimated 80,000 Palestinian bedouin with Israeli passport.
