A group of nearly 200 democratic lawmakers have to sue, the standing of President Trump’s claims, he ruled against the US Constitution remuneration provision relating to a prohibition on the acceptance of gifts from foreign and domestic political interests, a federal district judge in Washington on Friday.
U.S. District Court judge Emmet Sullivan’s ruling does not Trump found guilty of the violation of the Constitution, but it allows Democrats to continue their case in the courtroom, where you have to make the case that he did it.

Trump’s lawyers said, can’t bring Democrats to make a case to the front, because you are injured personally by the President, but their colleagues in Congress.
