A Delta passenger has the right to claim from the employee with the airline for damaged hair, rainbow luggage tag (an anti-LGBTQ+ binding.

“One of the Delta Air Lines baggage handling took it upon herself to write a ‘sodomite’ in my [rainbow] a luggage tag. In her tweet, Gerrish said that they are with the TSA over the matter and file a report with the police.
