A woman on a Delta Air Lines flight was Thursday arrested after they overturned a drink cart, threw coffee on the passengers while walking up and down the corridor for ill-treatment of an air marshal, according to police.

Sarah Maria-Beach, 45, was on a flight from London to Salt Lake City, Utah, when she allegedly went on a rampage that ultimately left her with handcuffs for the rest of the trip, FOX13 Salt Lake City reported. She poured coffee on passengers, knocked over a drink cart and “repeatedly” ran up and down the aisle of an airplane, the criminal complaint stated.

Martin Nicholls, who was on the flight, told KSL that Beach “literally sprinted” down to the end of the plane.

“She literally sprinted to the end. And I mean that they are just one small woman, really,” Nicholls recalled to the news station. “Everyone is still very worried, because I thought that we are at 30 thousand feet above the sea. What if they tried to open the door? They could not go to the back door, but then walked them again.”

Nicholls said Beach, an American citizen who lives in London, threw a cup of coffee in the air, hitting the ceiling that the cause of the liquid to go “on the walls.”

“It was probably about six or seven passengers, number of, almost, on the other side of the plane,” he said.

The flight attendants then asked the federal air marshals on the flight to help with the Beach. The unruly passenger was initially quiet with the air marshals and escorted her to the bathroom three times.

“After she was finished in the bathroom for the third time, she jumped on the back of one of the air marshals and put her hands on his head, neck and jaw,” the complaint stated.

A second air marshal Beach, pulled out his colleague’s back and handcuffed her.

Beach, was charged with the offence of sexual assault. She was arraigned on Friday and ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation.
