Death toll fighting between militias and the government of Congo has risen to 49
When fighting in the Congo between the armed militias and the government last week certainly 49 deaths.
Among them are sixteen police officers, 27 rebels and six civilians. Before, it was a death toll of thirteen reported.
Armed fighters of the Kamwina Nsapu group wanted to take revenge for the death of their leader and fought over two days against government troops.
