In Washington, D. C, a woman was allegedly stabbed to death Tuesday night in what appeared to be a random attack while walking the dog.

By margery Magill, 27, was found on a sidewalk with multiple stab wounds in the north-east of the city. She has worked part-time for the Rover, an on-line dog walking business and was walking a dog for a couple or family in the area, according to WRC-TV.

Eliyas Aregahegne, 24, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Wednesday. The attack was not an attempted robbery or a sexual assault, and that he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police said, according to the world rally championship.
