Data millions of Russian internet users on the street after hack
The credentials of nearly 100 million users of the Russian internet portal Rambler.ru lie on the street after a hack.
That writes the site LeakedSource, that data breaches will track and verify. The information, including e-mail addresses, user names and passwords, were in 2012, captured during an extensive hack and were not encrypted.
That means that the affected users have a serious security problem, because the average internet user passwords, often from multiple internet services.
In total there are 98.167.935 login details leaked. There are most likely no data of the Dutch population between.
