Danish restaurant Noma is closed, the cook starts urban farm (with kitchen)

The Danish restaurant Noma, that, for some years, invariably top the lists of best and most influential restaurants in the world is adorned, will by the end of 2016 the doors close. Chef René Redzepi wants to be a new concept to start, “as a farm”.
