Customers T-Mobile suffer from slow internet on holiday
Multiple customers of T-Mobile suffer from a slow internet connection in several European countries.
That is apparent from complaints on the forum of T-Mobile. Employees of the provider acknowledge the problems and say to work on a solution.
The provider will receive a week of complaints about slow internet connections. The complaints are coming from, amongst others, Austria, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium and Spain.
Customers of telecom providers can since this year, roaming in European countries without additional costs. Providers should therefore be no additional costs charge for the use of mobile data in other EU countries.
The British telecom provider O2 recently said the internet connections of foreigners in the United Kingdom, to pinch, to so “the experience to protect our clients”. O2 promises to be here in a few weeks to stop.
It is not known whether customers of T-Mobile by a similar afknijpactie are affected.
