Cuba Gooding Jr. has been charged with sexual battery, according to a new report.
Variety, citing court documents, reported that a bartender at a New York City nightclub, claims Gooding, 51, a squeeze of her rear end. TMZ reported that the lawsuit was filed on Monday. The best is to sue for “assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
According to Variety, Gooding — who is facing misconduct allegations from 14 women — were indicted last week on four felony counts, two of which have come from the alleged night-club incident in October 2018. Gooding pleaded not guilty to the counts, according to the report. He is due back in court on December 13.

The plaintiff allegedly said that they worked with Gooding’s when she told me this, he asked, “what do you want to be my impression of a penis?” She claimed that she said ” no, no, and Gooding finished his glass, and, reportedly, spit the fluid out of it before the appellant ran away.
According to the suit, the plaintiff alleged that, later in the evening, Gooding squeezed her ass cheeks. Then she said, “don’t touch my ass,” Gooding allegedly replied, “well, that’s not nice,” and then denied the charges, saying that he had hit her in the back, Variety reported, citing the suit.
The suit further claims that Gooding was trying to re-use of the plaintiff, but she deflected his hand. After that, he spoke with the management team, and that he allegedly attempted to touch the plaintiff on the back of a third of the time, that is, they avoid it by turning away. The suit says that the Gooding allegedly said, “Oh, you don’t have to worry about that, because I’m never coming back here again.”
The plaintiff claims that her four years of service, no one had ever subjected her to, “such as sexual and aggressive behaviour,” Variety reported, quoting the suit.

In a statement to Fox News, Gooding’s attorney, Mark Heller, says that his client is innocent and said he was “very happy that (the plaintiff) initiated a civil action, because it acknowledges and affirms that it is the driving force behind the creation of the charge was to have a lot of money.”
Heller stated that the claimant, an aspiring actress and was looking for publicity, and that the video evidence or an eye witness account, it will show the allegations are “completely false,” but that Gooding did a tap for the server to return.
