Country star Chely Wright reveals she had a stroke days after her 48th birthday: “It has been a long year,”

Chely Wright is opening up to the world, to a severe trial, they helped for less than a week after a run of 48.

On Friday, the country singer revealed to her fans that this time last year, she visited the emergency room at a hospital in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, and was knocked out when the doctors will have a shocking discovery.

In a statement posted on its Twitter account, the “Shut Up and Drive” singer revealed that she was told that she had a stroke.

“Exactly one year ago today, I went to the er at Lenox Hill Hospital, as I was on Day 3 of a migraine, that is, it is not at all unusual for me,” Wright began. “Because I had shows booked for the coming weekend, and I just wanted this headache out of the way. Lauren and I dropped the boys at school and on the way to the er.”

“The doctor that I saw, which I had seen before – it was moved by some of the symptoms of a day of headaches,” reads the statement. After a series of diagnostic tests, I was informed that I had had a stroke.”

“To have a stroke. I had just turned 48, ” Wright said, adding, “I have a little bit of knowledge. What I had experienced, with a headache, and, in the run-up to the headache, it was different. I even said out loud to myself in the mirror in the bathroom, ” did you have a stroke?'”

“It’s been a long year, but I’m all right,” she said. “The reason why I am sharing this so that you all can take a little time to refresh your understanding of a stroke and symptoms of stroke. Pay attention to your body and encourage your loved ones to do the same thing.”

The 49-year-old explained: “once Again, I’m okay, and thankful, to have access to good medical care. As we all know, not all[the body] up in the american class. We have fox for that. Xo chely.”

Wright, and put in a call to action for her followers to share her story with others to educate the public about the signs of a possible stroke.

The country singer recently released her latest project, the “Revival” in May, and is currently scheduled to run on Sunday in Charleston, W. V.
