A routine Tampa city Council session last Thursday, has become a topic of debate Not about politics, but, whether legislative aide Carrie Henriquez said a vulgar word at the end of a cough when she went behind the man who defeated her husband in the last month, to the top of the Board.
She told the Tampa Bay Times that she was sick. She said it was a cough, and nothing more.

“I coughed. I sneezed. I coughed. I sneezed,” the assistant of the Alderman Guido Manicalco said.
Still, the noise attracted the attention of Luis Viera, the new Chairman, who reportedly asked, “Have caught you just say something?”
There was a rumor that the city was examined.
“If the city of such a question, we would not comment, nor would there be a public records during an active investigation,” a spokeswoman said, were investigated.

Her boss told the newspaper he thought he heard her say the “a-word”, but if he has faced, he said, she looked at him like he was “crazy”. He gave the situation some more thought and popular songs, where the lyrics are interrogated.
“I can be salty sometimes,” she told the newspaper. “But I would never do anything to compromise the council-member (Maniscalco) reputation or my husband’s good name.”
