President Trump, the former campaign manager told Fox News’ “Hannity” Thursday night, Republican lawmakers “should have, instead of hard” and fought back against the appointment of a special Prosecutor to conduct the FBI investigation on possible links between the trump campaign and Russian officials.
“There is no evidence of misconduct. There is no evidence of collusion. There is no reason for it,” Corey Lewandowski told host Sean Hannity. “The bottom line is, it is a political witch-hunt. It is not necessary.
“The Republicans are weak in this matter. You should have held tough,” Lewandowski added. “You should have been stronger.”
Lewandowski also pointed out that Trump remained popular with the Republican voters in some key States he won last November.
“[Trump’s] numbers are higher by eight points in Ohio today. They are higher than they were on election day in Iowa,” he said. “His approval rating among Republicans is 80 percent, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, and what she says, you have to fight back.”
One goal suggested that the President cared for the sick-by his media surrogates, which is to say that Trump “must be the surrogates on TV, they can go and push back against this false narrative that not everything done in Washington.
“The conclusion is that in the first 120 days, he is already more successful than most of the administrations did in four years.”
