When, where, and how Joe Biden announces its long-awaited 2020 presidential candidacy seems up in the air.
While it showed the first signs of a Wednesday start, the timing remains in flux, as is the location. In this stage, the only crystallizes a key-element seems to be, that is the theme for the launch campaign.

“The theme for the announcement of the battle for the soul of America, ‘” said a source close to Biden’s inner circle, who requested anonymity to more freely.

A source told Fox News last week, Wednesday was probably the day of the launch. But, the same source said that on Monday evening, the plans in the river were, and on Thursday for Biden, the announcement seemed to be more likely.
Also in the air is whether Biden’s rollout would include an event or multiple events on the day of launch. There are reports that he will declare his candidacy in Pittsburgh — some reports even suggest that he was going to announce it on Monday — before coming to Philadelphia for a future event.
Pennsylvania has an obvious appeal, as the site of a decisive presidential election battle field and his place of birth. While Biden has for most of his life in Delaware, representing the state in the Senate for almost four decades he was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Multiple sources told Fox News that in the last days, that the rollout could be a retail event with Biden and his wife Jill, either later on the day of the announcement or the following day. This would be followed by a speech within a week that lays out the broader themes of the campaign. The introduction would then continue with a visit to the early voting primary and caucus States, in the course of the month.
Sources confirmed that the Philadelphia Museum of Art is nationally known for the scene from the fictional Rocky Balboa, the training on the museum steps in the movie “Rocky” rollout under consideration as a location for a speech by Biden in the election campaign.
But a trip to Charlottesville, Virginia, as reported in the last few days by many news organizations, is out. The city was the site of the clashes in the year 2017, around the white nationalist rally.
The confusion about the Biden start, could be a sign of differences of opinion among his top political aide, or it could be the rates of a conscious strategy of Biden, to keep the inner circle, the Reporter.
As Biden prepares for his planned introduction, sources told Fox News that the campaign lined up, the number of staff, and Biden’s political advisers are in the process of recruitment of political activists in the early voting primary and caucus States.
