The battle continues over President Trump the tax returns, with Democrats calling for copies, which the President says he can’t because he is under examination.
Just a few days after Finance Minister Steven Mnuchin said he would meet with house Democratic subpoena for President Trump’s tax, a confidential draft of the IRS memo, the claims cited by The Washington Post, the publication of “mandatory” unless the President of his executive privilege.

The paper said the IRS said the draft memo with the title “Congressional access to returns and return information” were not represented at all, the IRS’ “official position”. It was not signed.
The confrontation between the Democrats in Congress and the administration will likely lead to a court battle, with Trump, allegedly, to the fact that he is ready to fight a case until the Supreme court reaches.
The President allegedly received with the request, his tax return to the Special Counsel, to Robert Mueller, the inquiry, whether the trump campaign, in cooperation with the Russians, and suggested that the effort is designed, in order to damage him politically.

Trump declined to reveal his tax return during the 2016 presidential elections, and claimed that he was under examination. Political candidates are not obliged to disclose your tax return, if traditionally all of the candidates.
