Transcripts of the former FBI Director, James Comey closed-door testimony before the house Republicans has raised questions about how Barack Obama could not have concluded that Hillary Clinton threaten the use of a private E-Mail server, the national security, if the FBI never informed him about the investigation.
In a second meeting this month with the legislature, Comey was asked about the notes, the former President Obama in a “60 Minutes” interview in October, 2015.
Obama said the E-Mail matter, that it seemed not “a situation in which America’s national security was at risk,” and Clinton is to never hide anything.
Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-Ky., Comey asked if he ever talked to Obama about the Clinton E-Mail investigation, said the ex-FBI chief, “no.” He said that he never addressed anyone in the Bureau to do this.

Gowdy grilled Comey as Obama could claim it was not a threat, if the FBI had not informed him about the request.
“President Obama said about their E-Mail arrangement,” I believe that it is a threat to national security problem.” How would he have known that at the time?” Gowdy asked.
“I can’t answer that,” said Comey.
“He also said, ‘This is a situation in which America’s national security was at risk.’ How would he have known that the time?” he asked again.
“Same Answer. I can’t answer that, it is said to him,” Comey.
When asked if he knew how the President certainly could not “be that Clinton has something to hide or squirrel away information,” Comey he said.
Gowdy pointed out that the fact that it is still missing, E-Mails, which have been destroyed, means that it would be difficult, to be sure, such a thing.
“I can’t remember anything about the substance of the communication.”
— The former FBI Director, James Comey
During his testimony, Comey also noted that there are several instances of E-Mail exchanges between Clinton and Obama, both from a private server.
On the question of why Clinton was not asked about this, as it is recalled in connection with the investigation, Comey mind that the E-Mails are not classified, while the probe is centered on classified information: “I can’t remember anything about the substance of the communication.”
He also said that references to Obama’s private E-Mail server have been eliminated from a 5. July 2016, a press conference, out of concern that information fall into the wrong hands.
“There was a Problem with that, and it was not to do that, if the bad guys — we want something, not to confirm to the bad guys, you could have Barack Obama classifies his private E-Mail covers, as we imagine, the Russians had captured that communication, you do not know what they had. And Yes, I remember some discussions about what we should say, if anything, in my public statements.”
In spite of the position that the E-Mails kept classified nothing, Comey why the legislature could not say, with you.
Comey said that neither he nor the then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, the President advised that it was inappropriate for the chief executive comment on a pending investigation.
