The former FBI-Director James Comey criticized the time frames of the office is also the on-going review in Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh on Sunday, writing in a New York Times op-ed that “it is idiot to put, a shot-clock on the Bureau.”

Comey, who was fired, admitted by President Trump, may, 2017, that an investigation must be wrapped up by Friday is better than no investigation at all. But he also wrote that “the process is deeply flawed, and apparently designed to frustrate, the fact gathering process.”

“If the truth is the only goal, there would be no clock, and the investigation would have not sought after the Senate judiciary Committee, the candidacy is in favour of,” wrote Comey. “Instead, it seems that the Republicans goal is to be able to tell, there was an investigation and it has not changed, your point of view, while the Democrats hope to derail the incriminating evidence of the candidacy.”

Feinstein writes a letter to the White House, FBI

Senator Dianne Feinstein writes a letter to FBI Director Wray call for the clarification of the scope of Kavanaugh probe.

Meanwhile, Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the top Democrat, to clarify on the Judiciary Committee, on Sunday evening asked the White house and the FBI, the scope of the investigation. “Given the severity of the allegations before the Senate, I am writing to request that you be sent to the Senate judiciary Committee with a copy of the written Directive by the White house, the FBI. In addition, if the FBI calls for an extension of the original Directive, please enter the names of the other witnesses or evidence,” she wrote.

Comey piece was published, the White house denied that it was “micro-management” of the review of sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh, the Trump ordered on Friday.

Wow!!! Just started to listen to the Democrats, the Hinder only think of themselves and to Delay, start, and the word is that the “time” and “scope” of the FBI are looking for in judges Kavanaugh and witnesses is enough. Hello! For you, it will never be enough – stay tuned and watch!

Some democratic lawmakers say the White house keeps the investigators from questioning certain witnesses and have asked the question, how thoroughly, the probe can and will be. Trump tweeted on Sunday that Democrats’ only goal was “to Hinder and Delay” up-or-down vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation, and that all investigative time-frame “would never be enough.”

“The White house is not in between. We are not micro-manage this process. There is a Senate process. It was from the beginning, and we allow to dictate to the Senate, look at what the conditions,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said on “Fox News Sunday.”

Also Sunday, The Associated Press reported that FBI agents interviewed had Deborah Ramirez, who claimed that Kavanaugh, continued to her during a party at Yale University in the early 1980s. The AP reported that Ramirez detailed your statement, the first of last week reported by the New York, and provided the investigators with the names of the others, they said, to confirm your account.

Meanwhile, lawyers for Christine Ford, California professor, said Kavanaugh sexually attacked you, if you were in middle school, told Fox News her client was not the FBI contacted.

A third woman, Julie Swetnick, accused Kavanaugh and high school friend Mark judge of excessive alcohol consumption, and extremely improper treatment of women in the early 1980s, among other accusations. Kavanaugh has called the allegations a “joke.” The judge has said that he “categorically denies” the allegations.

Kavanaugh has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.

Senate Judiciary Committee Member Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., requested an FBI investigation of last Friday — the same day that he and other Republicans on the panel, strict party voted together-lines in favor of Kavanaugh-confirmation — as a condition for his own later vote on Kavanaugh on the Supreme court.

In spite of the compressed time frame, Comey expressed confidence that the investigators help would settle a debate that polarized a deeply divided country.

“Yes, the alleged incident occurred 36 years ago. But F. B. I. agents, time, has very wrote little to do with memory,” Comey. “… You also know that the little lies that point to a bigger lie. You know, to dig that obvious lie by the nominee about the meaning of the words in a Yearbook to be a flashing signal, deeper.”

“It is one thing to submit to your attorney, make a statement in their name. It is quite another thing to sit for two F. B. I. special agents, and to answer your persistent questions,” the former Director went. “Of course, the office does not have subpoena just the ability to knock on doors and ask questions. But speak to most people. Refusal to do this is its own kind of statement.”
