Combination of paid work and informal care or child care is stressful
Working people are often in trouble when they provide informal care, or have children. The combination of paid work and informal care or child care leads to regular stress and health problems.
That sets the Social and Economic Council (SER) in a Wednesday, published research. School and opvangtijden close still not enough on working hours. In recent years there is too little being done about it. Carers who also have a job walk also encounter problems and that is likely in the future to get worse, according to the SER.
Elderly people need the government more and longer stay in your home and are becoming more and more dependent on their own network when they need care.
Suitable arrangements are, however, not for all workers to care also to be able to provide. Not everyone is as flexible in terms of working from home and there is too little known about the various leave arrangements, according to the advisory.
