Lakewood, Colorado-police are investigating the cause of the fight at the baseball game for a 7-year-olds.
There was a lot of slugging on Saturday, a Lakewood, Colorado, usa, a youth baseball game-but, luckily, none of the member of a body of water.
About a dozen angry parents took out their frustration on the game out on each other, culminating in an all-out brawl on the diamond, while the stunned 7-year-old children looked at the video of the incident shows.
The incident happened shortly before Noon on a Saturday on a baseball field in the Denver-area, Westgate Elementary school, the Lakewood Police Department said on Facebook.
“I think that’s the saddest part of all this is that we are talking about a 7-year-old the game of baseball,” police spokesman John Romero told FOX31. “I think it’s the parents that need to grow up.”

The police said, the coaches and the parents who are “unhappy with a baseball game — which is played by 7-year-olds, and oh.l.d. a 13-year-old referee — took the field and began to beat on each other.
The fight broke out at the baseball fields at Westgate Primary school, which is located just outside of Denver.

Several injuries were reported during the melee, including one person with a “severe head injury”, police said.
A Video released by the police shows that the parents will take the field for the fight, throw a punch, other children are watching.
“It’s disgusting,” Romero told FOX31. “I highly doubt that the Rockies were in the scouts during the game,”

An investigation by the Lakewood Police department led four men to be pointed out, however, the authorities are on the lookout for additional information about the fight.

In particular, the police are trying to identify the person who was seen in a white t-shirt and teal shorts in the video.
More arrests are likely, police said.

Shannon Hartmann, who officiates high school sports in the area, told FOX31 after you watch the video, and that he had never seen anything like it.
“Kids look up to you, my child,” he said. “If you don’t lead by example what you expect to see in the future?”
