City takes Walker for 57 million euros from Tottenham Hotspur

Manchester City takes on Kyle Walker of Tottenham Hotspur. Allegedly pays the club from Manchester £ 50 million, converted 57 million for the English right back.
“I am proud that I am in the City may play and can’t wait to start,” says the 27-year-old Walker said Friday at the announcement of the news on the website of the City. He signs for five years at City, that last finished third in the Premier League. Spurs came second.
Walker played since 2011 for Tottenham, that he took over from Aston Villa. He grew the club from London to international and now has 27 international matches to his name.
Txiki Begiristain, the Spanish technical director of the City, is glad that Walker is captured. “We are impressed by his development at Tottenham. He is one of the best rechtsbacks in the Premier League and I’m sure he will be successful with us,” said Begiristain.

Walker is the third purchase of City this summer. The club of trainer Josep Guardiola brought before the Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva and the Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson.
For the 22-year-old Silva was 49 million euros are paid to AS Monaco. The a-year-old Ederson came for forty million euros from Benfica.
The new season of the City starts on Saturday, 12 August with an away game against Brighton and Hove Albion, making his debut in the Premier League.
