With an avant-premiere ‘La La Land’, the new film from Damien Chazelle, opens Cinema ZED Wednesday evening her new filmzalencomplex in the Vesaliussite in the centre of Leuven.

The complex includes two new cinema halls with respectively 148 and 70 seats. Cinema Zed has this now drie halls, because it retains its room with 96 places in the arts centre part on the Naamsestraat.
The two new theatres are located in the basement of the new Vesaliussite, that at the end of september the doors opened on the corner of the Shop and Right and also left 69 apartments, in addition to 60 student rooms, 10 spaces and a KUL-auditorium with space for 740 students. Both the auditorium as the film theatres are situated in the basement and are the property of the KU Leuven.
Cinema ZED will be for big events also can appeal to the auditorium. Cinema ZED wants to be in these two new rooms year-round, daily 6 a 10 movies show. In the hall of the PIECE will be the number of impressions to remain limited to 2 per day in the period from late september until the end of may. Cinema ZED is a part of the vzw Fonk, known from the Leuven film festival Docville and the short film Festival. The programming in the PIECE for several years, the better movie.
