Cindy Crawford commemorates British princess Diana

In a post on Instagram has Cindy Crawford old memories of her encounter with Diana. Thursday was the twentieth anniversary of the death of the princess of Wales.
“I think today, this inspiring woman,” writes the former top model at a photo of Diana posing. “This was taken in Kensington Palace. Princess Diana had one way or another, the number of my assistant catches up and called me himself to invite me. My assistant was in shock!”
“I think that prince William had just started models and brands that they thought it was a cute surprise for him and prince Harry,” says Crawford.
She further writes that she was nervous for the meeting and did not know what they had to pull. “But I still know that immediately when she came in and we started talking; it felt like I was with a friend of mine spoke.”
She praises the post the class of Diana. “They showed us how a modern princess should be. May you rest in peace.”
Crawford was not the only star who stopped by the anniversary of the death of Diana. Elton John, a friend of the princess, shared a picture on Twitter, where he bijschreef: “Twenty years ago, became the world an angel lost”.
Jamie Lee Curtis called the mother of princes William and Harry are “an example to pursue”.
Richard Branson posted a handwritten note that Diana ever sent. “Diana made time for everyone. I cherish the handwritten, thoughtful notes and the memory of a sweet, caring woman.”
