Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-NY, to authorize a letter to Ex-President George W. Bush on Friday asking him, the publication of records, the work of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of the time in the White house.

Trump nominated Kavanaugh, a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy to the high court this month, and his selection of the starting gun for an intense confirmation fight.
