Chris Pratt said that he was encouraged to take ’30 to 40-pound’, as in ‘Parks and Recreation’

Action star Chris Pratt hasn’t always been in tip-top shape.

The actor gained enormous popularity by playing to the slightly chubby Andy Dwyer in the comedy series ” Parks and Recreation.” Since then, Pratt’s, 40’s, and has lost weight while on the lead role in a blockbuster film.

The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star recently visited “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” where he discussed his weight, while the most popular workplace comedy.

“I remember in the first couple of seasons, just by accident, I had gained a bit of fat, and I was watching the episodes and I was like, ‘Oh, God, Chris, you’ve really let yourself go,'” Pratt pointed out. “And I was like,” this is one of the best things you ever did for me.'”

Pratt, remember, is to Michael Schur, the creator, and he said, “I want to get another 30 to 40 pounds. And he was like “OK”. And that’s what I did.”

He added: “at that time, it was a real challenge. Everyone would like to see how much I could eat of it.”

Pratt told him about a scene he filmed for the show, in which he was dining in a restaurant, and a number of other people.

“I didn’t have anything to say in the first scene, and so, inevitably, I wanted to get some screen time, so I have decided that I am going to eat a rack of ribs each,” he said. “And as for the camera, it would be catch me, I would have to really be breathing in the ribs.”

The actor also said that he is filmed12 of the scene.

“I went through 12 racks of ribs, this is the equivalent of six animals. I have eaten the ribs of the six pigs in,” said Pratt, noting that co-star Nick Offerman particularly enjoyed the sense of humor.

“When I asked him to smile and laugh, it tickles me to no end,” said Pratt. “Well, I knew that it was making Nick laugh. I was so sick of it, but I did 12 racks of ribs, and then, at lunch time, and our catering company has been in the making for the ribs, they are cooked on the ribs. And during lunch, I sat down with four racks of ribs, right next to Nick, and the eating of the ribs. I got a big laugh.”

Ever since his days on television, Pratt has played in many action movies, most recently playing a small role in ‘ the Avengers: Endgame.” In the interview with Kimmel, he told me that he will start shooting for the third installment of the “Jurassic World,” the franchise “soon.”
