Chris Christie claims Miller’s statement “clearly speaks against” AG Barr’s summary

The former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said on Wednesday that Special Counsel Robert Mueller contradicted the attorney General spoke as he made his first appearance around the Russia investigation.

“The comments by Bob Mueller on the other processes of prosecution, obviously, the only constitutional way — in any case, contrary to what the attorney General said, when he summed up Müller for the report and said he had come to the conclusion,” Christie ABC’s George Stephanopoulos said.

On Wednesday, the Miller made his first appearance, according to the DOJ release its report on the Russia-investigation. While the special counsel does not explicitly call for the indictment, he said, the Constitution would not allow to follow him, a sitting President.

In the statement of the DOJ policy of not informing the President, he said: “the opinion says that the Constitution requires, to accuse a process other than the criminal justice system officially, a sitting President of misconduct.”

“And in addition, Department policy, we were guided by the principles of fairness. It would be Unfair, potentially it would be unfair to potentially accuse someone of a crime, if he said no judicial resolution of the actual indictment,”.

His comments mixed reactions as a Republican prompted claimed his press conference, nothing has changed, and some Democrats, called for the prosecution.

“Special Counsel Robert Muller confirmed the comments today, what we already knew,” Brad Parscale, Trump’s campaign manager, said in a statement. “It was not a collusin between the Russians and the Trump campaign, and it was not a case for the disability.”

“President Trump was fully released from liability. Mueller said his investigation is over. The case is now closed,” he added.

Several of the 2020 Democratic candidates-including Sens. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and Kamala Harris, D-Calif. — called to process the Congress to initiate impeachment.

Prior to the Wednesday press briefing, Miller allegedly expressed his dissatisfaction with the Barr ‘ s first summary, which has a flood of criticism from the media. But although Muller thought that the summary was missing the right context, makes clear that he believe that Barr’s claims were inaccurate.
