The Berlin DJ Claptone will be there for a party of a maximum of one hundred participants will cross swords with Seppe Nobels.

That last look already with a huge hunger for the baptism of fire. ‘The mysterious and masked Claptone is the perfect dj to Rootz to the world,” says Willis. His ambitions with Rootz are large: the goal is to use the international musical connection the Belgian kitchen further on the world map. “It is high time that they from America to Asia to know that we in addition to French fries and chocolate, and also the country of the bioboeren, rock-solid Flemish fruit and Elixir D’anvers.’

Not a typical ‘uitgaansvoer’

That it is a clubconcept, is not to say that the traditional midnight snacks in dished will get. On the contrary: just as in his restaurant marché aux grains, 13 draws Nobels aware of the healthier card. “We do see that things can be different. Recently stayed Steve Angello of Swedish Housemafia at us. Steve lives completely vegetarian and without alcohol. It makes life at the top level a lot easier. We are going with ROOTZ certainly a lot of vegetables and non-alcoholic cocktails to serve.’

Do you expect to corridors as ‘carpaccio of portobello’, ‘poached farm egg with buttermilk and pistachio’ and ‘crème brulée with hemp and apple”.
