Certainly the 15,000 Italians are homeless after earthquake

Italian authorities certainly help fifteen thousand people who are homeless have been hit after the earthquake Sunday. There were no deaths in the most severe earthquake in nearly forty years in Italy.

The Italian region of Umbria was on Sunday hit by a heavy earthquake with a magnitude 6.6. It was the third powerful earthquake Italy recently found.

More than 4,000 people from the region of Norcia in hotels along the Adriatic coast to be found. Five hundred others are housed in accommodations at the Lake Trasimeno. Also, more than ten thousand people accommodated in sports halls and tents.

A large part of the houses in the area became damaged or uninhabitable. Monday continued to schools in Rome and other parts of the country closed, so it can be checked whether the buildings are safe enough.

Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has pledged that any damaged property will be restored.

Consequences

Many local residents of the affected communities to find shelter with friends in anticipation of the authorities to be allowed to return to their homes.

In the central-Italian region since Sunday, hundreds of aftershocks felt.

Experts call it remarkable that the earthquake of Sunday has not resulted in any fatalities. In the earthquake of 24 August, almost three hundred people to life.
