Castro returns to Heracles after ricochet transition to Ghent
The transition from Bram Castro to AA Gent is afgeketst. The 34-year-old Belgian goalkeeper will, therefore, next Monday back at Heracles Almelo.
Heracles reached last week an agreement with AA Gent about the transfer fee for Castro, who in the Polman Stadium still has a contract until the summer of 2018. Why the deal will not proceed, is not yet known.
“Due to the fact that he is closer to his family could be granted, we Bram this transfer,” says general director Nico-Jan ‘ on the website of Heracles.
“The transition is, however, afgeketst and so is Bram back to Almelo. That is, of course, saw the family a bit hard, but Bram has also last week marked a very special feeling for our club to have.”
“We are convinced that he is the wire with the help of everyone again, quickly going to grab. He has for many years been our undisputed first goalkeeper and we are glad that Bram us will continue to play.”
It is however still but the question of whether Castro in the first game of Heracles on 12 August against Ajax, actually the bar is at the Tukkers. The old hand would also be in the serious interest of Sint-Truiden.
