But [Steve], and [Kate] spoke with [Spencer], both of you are well and will remember. It’s not about rubbing their nose in it. I don ‘ T care, if you don’t know. I just want to know who’s playing games/fear cover. completely get, it will never be proven.”
Based on the Lisa page is closed to 2018-door congressional testimony, Gaeta, it is assumed that the FBI agents with Steele in the summer of 2016, the receipt of the first memos in the beginning of July. “Clinesmith” is believed to be then-FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith.
It was not clear from the texts whether or not “Steve” and “Kate” refer to the FBI or State Department employees.
“Spencer,” identity is unknown, but remained of considerable interest for the Congress to investigators, the question of whether he’s operating outside of the FBI and DOJ, possibly as part of the intelligence community.

Carter page, has not been charged with wrongdoing, despite government monitoring lasted for over a year, and he has sued, numerous actors-including the DNC-for defamation claims, he worked with Russia.
