Carnival Cruise Lines has hired a non-licensed doctor, the suit alleges

A widow’s claim that Carnival is the Cruise Line for a non-licensed doctor to operate on one of their ships.

She also claims that her husband’s death was the result of a doctor’s treatment to the alleged misdiagnosis. Carnival Cruises, however, maintains that the ship’s physician, was qualified for the position.

Mary Ann Murphy was on a trip with her husband, Daniel, in May of 2018 and beyond, the four-day, three-night cruise, as he began to feel ill, and MSN is reporting. The 55-year-old man went to the ship’s doctor, Dr. Chenna Kesava Reddy Yenuga Washing, complaining about chest pain, discomfort, profuse sweating, chills, stomach pain, diarrhea, lethargy, and weakness, according to the suit.

Based on the examination of the person, Mandi, reportedly, sent to the House for a while to rest and recover, in his reception room for a period of 24 hours.

The house was later given permission to land in Cozumel, the largest island in Mexico, despite the fact that he is not under investigation. The house is reportedly suffering from a cardiac event and died.

Mary Ann Murphy, has filed a lawsuit against Carnival, claiming that the Washing is not a licensed medical doctor or a board-certified physician.

According to Carnival, the Cruise Line’s Medical Background, document, “Physicians are required to have a current and valid license, of the united states, the territories, or Canada, or the registration with medical council in their country of residence, which we identify as the medical, education, and standards that are compliant with the guidelines of the American College of Emergency Physicians.”

Carnival has defended, with Mandi’s experience, and to say that he was in a hospital with an emergency department, and day to day sales rate of up to 300 patients for three years now, MSN is reporting. Previous to being hired at a Carnival, Mandi is reportedly working on a full-fledged facility with all advanced emergency care.
