Care for daughter loved Patton Oswalt’s drink
Patton Oswalt (The King of Queens) had suffered from a severe depression after the death of his wife Michelle McNamara in 2016. It was the care for their 7-year-old daughter Alice that the stand-upcomedian of the drink loved.
That, he said in an interview at the American Playboy.
“I am forever grateful that I Alice have,” explains Oswalt. “If I had not had when my wife died, that I would not be here sat. I’m not saying that I’d been dead, but I was a in my house locked up alcoholic has been,” continues the 48-year-old comedian.
The wife of the actor died in 2016 to the consequences of a wrong combination of medications. Oswalt struggled a long time with the sudden loss and did his wedding ring until a year after the death of McNamara.
“The ring was the last symbol of denial of who I had become, what my life now looks like, and what my responsibilities are,” said Patton, who was the ring in a special box stores.
In July, the comedian known to be engaged to his girlfriend, Meredith Salenger. His new love has made the news about their engagement on Instagram, in which she also with Alice to see.
“It’s official. I am the happiest girl in the world. I love you Patton. I love you Alice”, wrote the actress added.
