Callebaut® challenges chocolatiers to the Belgian Chocolate of Tomorrow to think of. The contest is a call to think together about the future of chocolate.
Who on Belgian products think, automatically think of chocolate. On the occasion of the Salon du Chocolat from 10 to 12 February in Tour & Taxis, wants, Callebaut® Belgian chocolate calls to the brain to torment about the future of the Belgian chocolate.
This ‘Belgian Chocolate Heroes’ of Callebaut® is one assignment: devise the Belgian Chocolate of Tomorrow, inspired by the chocoladetrends of 2020. Belgian chocolate may register during the ‘Chocolate Hero Week’ in april their creation. During the week, which will be Belgian chocoholics and Gault&Millau from all the applications the best Belgian Chocolate of Tomorrow choose. The winners will be announced on 2 may by Gault&Millau in the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Wieze.During Tomorrowland is the winning creation will be presented to the public at large.
Until 31 march, participants can a praline think and subscribe to the ‘Chocolate Heroes platform’. That platform can be seen as the Tinder of the chocoholics. On the community platform are chocolatiers and chocoladefans in contact with each other. The chocolatiers show their abilities and chocoladeconsumenten find their ideal chocoladematch.
