As the parent of a dead 4-year-old boy in California who claimed their son, who drowned in a swimming pool in the summer, and have been charged with the murder.
Jose Cuatro, Jr., 27, and In Juarez, 25, each face one count of murder and torture in the death of their son, Noah, Cuatro, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
On the 5th of July, Noah’s parents called authorities to report that the boy might be drowned after she said she discovered him “still at the community pool in Palmdale, California, usa. However, the medical staff at a nearby hospital said that Noah’s body had injuries that were suspicious in nature and consistent with abuse,” and the boy was declared dead on 6 July.

In September, Noah’s death has been ruled a homicide, and his parents were arrested as suspects in his death a week ago.
Noah, Cuatro, died in July at the age of 4 years. His parents were charged with murder Monday in the death.
The child’s great-grandmother, Eva Hernandez, stated to Noah, was taken from his mother at birth and was in and out of foster care until she was granted custody of him at 3 months old, KTLA reported.
The boy was taken from Hernandez in the care of his parents ‘ care, foster care, several times, to the great-grandmother. She said that in November of 2018 and beyond, he was returned to his parents ‘ custody, and his death, in mid-July.

Noah was well-known to social workers, according to the Los Angeles Times, and in just a few weeks before his death, the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services received approval from a judge in order for him to be removed from the Palmdale home, she let him in.
