A California woman is accused of hitting a Trump fan at to Make America great Again and the rally in Orange County for more than two years ago, has been convicted and sentenced, prosecutors said.
Jessica Aguilar, 23, of Sacramento, was found guilty Thursday of one misdemeanor count of battery for slapping a man twice in the face during the March 25, 2017, in the rally at the Bolsa Chica State Beach.
Prosecutors said Jessica Aguilar, the prison sentence will be deleted as they are completed, provision of services to the community.

According to The Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Aguilar was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 10 days community service, and three years of probation. Prosecutors said Aguilar and the term of imprisonment, it will have to be “cleared” when they are ready, the provision of services to the community.
“The Orange County District Attorney’s Office does not condone any acts of violence,” Orange district Attorney, Todd Spitzer said. “Political dissent is on the rise across the country, it is important to keep in mind that the right to protest is afforded to everyone, and no one has the right to commit an act of violence against a person, because they don’t agree with their points of view. When a person chooses to commit violence, they will be punished.”
