A woman and a man were arrested in Northern California on Saturday after a woman told deputies she was kidnapped, held against her will for four days and repeatedly raped her, according to officials.
The Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that deputies on patrol at about 11:35 a.m. in Ukiah and saw a vehicle that had been “numerous motor vehicle code violations.” When the vehicle pulled into a parking lot, deputies approached the vehicle and identified the driver as Thao Vang, 33, of Sacramento.
Vang was found to have an active felony warrant for his arrest in the West of the County, and was arrested without incident, the sheriff’s office said.

Sitting next to you Collect the vehicle, the 33-year-old Christine Maxwell, of Marysville, Calif. and on the back was a 34-year-old Sacramento woman who was “very, very angry, to shake, to cry, and had visible bruises on her body.
As the bruised and angry, the woman told police, was kidnapped, four days before it Plays by the Catch, which is allegedly carried her into a house in Sacramento, and held her against her will.
While in the house, the woman said: “Catch them “is constantly physically abused by her” and raped her “numerous times,” the sheriff’s office said.

On Saturday, the 34-year-old said she was forced to travel with a Catch-and-Maxwell, to Ukiah, about 146 km north-north-west of Sacramento.
“The 34-year-old woman is fearing for her life and believed them, Catch them, and Maxwell was going to kill her,” police said.
Officials said that the delegates are in support of the woman’s statements, including those of drug paraphernalia. Vang and Maxwell, were arrested and booked into the Mendocino County Jail.

Catch, faces charges for the kidnapping, rape and false imprisonment, and conspiracy. Because of the felony warrant out of Butte County, officials said, he faces an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance while armed. His bail was set at $175,000.
Maxwell was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and conspiracy charges, and her bail was set at $100,000.
The officials do not disclose how, or if, the 34-year-old girl had to Catch, or Maxwell.
The officers of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, the Mendocino Major Crimes Task Force and the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office-Detective Unit, were informed about the incident and took over the investigation, according to the sheriff’s office.
