California woman escaped the apartment where she was sexually assaulted for a period of 24 hours to the police

A California woman has escaped from an apartment on Wednesday where she was held against her will and sexually assaulted for more than 24 hours, according to police.

The incident took place in an apartment in Turlock, ca, 15 miles to the south-east of Modesto. The woman told police the armed man – identified by police as 38-year-old, Jesse, Esquire, the III, was in love of her, between 24 and 48 hours. They claimed that the Esquire is sexually and physically abused her.

The woman managed to escape from the apartment on Wednesday afternoon and called authorities, the Turlock Police department Sgt. Russ Holeman said. The officers arrived five minutes later, The Modesto bee reported.

“When we arrived at the venue, the officials, and ensure that the victim is in a safe, secure, and provide for its care and well-being,” Turlock police said in a news release. The woman said that she knew that by Turlock prior to the time of the incident, but their relationship is unclear.

The defendant would not be out of the apartment and allegedly told the police that he was armed and had taken to drugs, ” The Bee reported. The police communicated with him and with the help of a p. a. system, as the Department’s Critical Response Team is dispatched.

The police eventually convinced the suspect to surrender. He came out of his apartment about 6 p.m. and was arrested, The Bee reported.

Esquire, was indicted for rape, criminal threats, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery. He remains in custody at the Stanislaus County Jail in lieu of a $150,000 bond, The Turlock Journal reported.
