The police in Los Angeles are looking for the suspect who attempted sexual assault of real estate agent, as they held an open house in Southern California.

An open house in Southern California turned into a fight for her life, for a real-estate agent, who was violently attacked and sexually abused in an attack that was captured on video.

“Well, I would have been dead yesterday,” the 51-year-old woman, told FOX11 on the Sunday of the incident in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Encino.

The woman, who asked that her name be withheld, said the man who attacked her had come to her house for the last week and it was very strange and uncalled for.

“I said,” What are you doing here, “he said,” I have a buyer in front of you,”she told FOX11. “At that point, I was kind of nervous, and I was a little uneasy, so I said, OK, we’re in the middle of the house, and I want to get him out of the room,” she continued.

The real estate agent told them, the man on the porch, in the view of the camera. She said the man began to ask her to look into the room, and when she asked him to leave.

“I said thanks be to God, he is the way,” she told FOX11.

The real estate agent told FOX11 that the man then got on top of her and started to grope her chest, as she lets out blood-curdling screams who can be heard on the surveillance video.

The woman’s screams were enough to finally scare the guy off. The broker, however, said that they were still traumatised by the encounter.

The real estate agent was violently attacked on a Sunday at an open house in Encino.

“I see him all the time, and he was right in front of me, and I didn’t sleep last night, and he said, see, I have eyes, I can see him looking at me,” she said. “I can see how he might attack me, it’s like a movie is playing, and playing, and I can’t get it to stop.”

The attacker is described as being in his mid-40’s, cross-eyed, with a lump on his head, according to the real estate agent.
