A California man says he was beaten up in a bar last week by a group of men confused him with a child predator being pursued by the police.
Kevin Martin, 34, told KTLA that he was made out of a Smooth pool in Norco, a town about 50 miles west of Los Angeles, california, on Thursday night, when two men approached him and accused Martin of a person who was wanted by the police for allegedly making sexual comments to an 11-year-old girl in the Corona in mid-May.

One of the men had his cell phone on him, and he said to me, ” This is the one for you, isn’t it? We don’t allow your kind in here,'” Martin told KTLA. “And the other guy starts pushing me and says,” You know, I’ve got a daughter.'”
Martin, apparently, is similar to the 20-something male was looking for earlier in the year by the Corona Police Department. The researchers will establish a computer-generated composite picture online that shows the general description of the suspect, and the men seemed to think Martin was suspicious.

The men allegedly strangled Martin and then struck him at least 20 times, and Martin’s claims to be one of them, and said to him: “I will kill people like this.”
The department of the police, which may not immediately return Fox News’ request for comment, said Martin was not the man sought in the case of the May.

Martin is even reported to have noticed the similarity between his appearance and that of the defendant, and commenting on social media post, saying that he looked similar to the man, and wanted to clear his name, according to the news outlet.
Anyone with information about the actual suspect sought by police is described as thin, with black hair and brown eyes, and maybe even a golden retriever, is being urged to contact the Corona Police Department at 951-736-2330, extension 3.
