Police say a California man was arrested after he was found unconscious next to a 13-month-old baby on Saturday.
The police said there were no signs of physical violence, but they do have signs of recent drug use, alongside of which the child has been found.” It was unclear what role, if any, drugs played in the baby’s death.
Neil was taken to a hospital with “life-threatening injuries,” police said. He is expected to be booked into the Sonoma County Jail on charges of suspicion of murder, after his release from the hospital, they said.
