WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The simmering bad blood between the Democratic presidential nomination rivals in South Bend, Indiana, mayor Pete Buttigieg and former Rep. Beto O’rourke of Texas, flows into the night on Wednesday in the fourth round of the Democratic primary debate.
