Alexander Brouwer and Robert Meeuwsen have Friday without playing the quarter-finals of the European championship in beach volleyball in the Latvian Jurmala. The women are all Dutch couples off
Brouwer and Meeuwsen were Friday, not the sand, because their opponents for a place in the last eight, the Germans Alexander Walkenhorst and Sebastian Fuchs, a few hours before the race, resigned due to injury of Fuchs.
