Next day, in Brussels, re-electrify the Bozar Electronic Arts Festival. Red power wire through expo, music, dance and performance this year is the tension between (virtual) reality and fiction.
In the Palace for Fine Arts in Brussels, Bozar Electronic Arts Festival (BEAF) Thursday launched. Already for the fifth time in a row, there are artists that the digital culture represent in the viewer. For the musical part can be there until Saturday, while the other parts until 2 October.
For the fifth edition were some twenty personalities from the contemporary electronic scene present, among whom were Anthony Child (aka Surgeon), Gold Panda and James Holden. Belgium is represented by the experimental musician Dirk Serries, the duo Silk Saw, and Sky Hi.
In addition, there is also the exhibition “Tendencies – Belgian Art in the digital age”. There are six Belgian artists inspired by scientific and technological developments, such as Jerry Galle and Dries Depoorter.
