A boy shot his father, beat the child is 2-year-old handicapped brother, and then reported to the authorities at his high school in Texas, police said.
The sixth-grader told officials at the Leander school about the alleged abuse — including beatings with a belt and a fly swatter — prompting a report to the Williamson County Sheriff ‘ s Office last week, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Austin American-Statesman.

The boy declared that he saw his 48-year-old father, Alejandro Gonzalez, and pick up his younger son by the hair during an incident on 22 May — the violently shaking the toddler, while he sat in a chair in their house about 30 miles north of Austin.
Gonzalez, according to the affidavit, was angry that the boy, who has difficulty chewing and swallowing due to cerebral palsy, would not eat.
The older brother put his mobile recording Gonzalez violently shaking the toddler and sent the images to his older sister in order to prevent his father found on his phone.
