Bounty hunters, bondsmen found not guilty in the shooting death of a Tennessee father: report

The five bounty hunters and bondsmen, who were subject to kidnapping and other charges in connection with the deaths of a Tennessee father is not guilty, according to a new report.

Jason and Milan, the 24-year-old father of three, was shot dead on April 23, 2017, at Clarksville, Tenn., if the bounty hunters that are on the vehicle he was in, but looking for a man, according to police.

Defense attorneys say their clients don’t know is that their victim is not in the vehicle, and to act out of self-defense, when the car sped off and hit several bounty hunters.

The jury heard nearly three weeks of testimony before returning the verdict on Thursday, the Leaf-Chronicle.

The five accused faced 16 charges each. Two of the others reached plea deals earlier. A guilty verdict was returned on Thursday. The 28-year-old Joshua Young, was convicted and sentenced for the reckless, we are threatened with a deadly weapon.
