Bosnia fights ruling UN that Serbia cleared of blame in genocide
The leader of the largest Bosnian party SDA, Bakir izetbegovic have said to appeal against a ruling of the international criminal court (icc) of the United Nations. The ruling speaks to Serbia free of direct debt to genocide.
The presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of three members. In addition to izetbegovic have, there are a Croat and a Serb president who was jointly the presidency fill. His two colleagues have indicated that the request of izetbegovic have to be a political crisis will lead.
“The request for review is next week and submitted. We are interested in the truth and a process of reconciliation based on the truth,” said izetbegovic have.
The decision of the UN dates from 2007 and pleaded Serbia free of direct responsibility for the ‘ethnic cleansing’ in Bosnia. However, it was determined that Serbia had failed in its responsibility for the genocide to occur.
