The border security compromise package on Capitol Hill aims to avert another government shutdown runs into problems with a conservative source told Fox News that the bill “is not leaking oil immediately” — and President of the Trump say if he’ll support you.

The text of the bill was expected later on Wednesday. But a source close to the process told the legislators to “fight” to finish it.

The difficulties come as the conservative legislators on the house freedom Caucus, want more funding for the wall, said Wednesday they are putting pressure for a week continuing resolution to Fund the government-the legislature more time to work out a deal with more wall-financing.

“The conference is the report expected to be thousands of pages long and was negotiated behind closed doors,” the house freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, R-N. C., said in a statement. “We believe that members should be granted sufficient time to read it before the vote, so you can decide whether or not a better deal can be negotiated.”

Congressional negotiators announced on Monday that they wanted to, reached “a basic agreement” on border security funding with more than $1.3 billion for physical barriers along the US-Mexican border. The White house originally requested $ 5.7 billion for the border wall.

The legislature has until 11:59 p.m., Friday, the approval by both houses of Congress and signed by Trump in front of some Cabinet-level departments shut down and hundreds of thousands of Federal workers are furloughed in what would be the second partial government shutdown in this year.

When Wednesday asked if they had an agreement that Trump would agree, sen., and Richard Shelby, R-Ala., the Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, told reporters: “We think so. We hope that it is so”.

But on Wednesday, the President remained noncommittal about signing up.

“Now, we have not get it yet,” Trump told reporters at the White house. “We will always be there and we will for mines, because you could have.”

Now,the administration is the possibility that Trump could explain a national emergency and to redirect money from the Federal budget for the wall construction, but the move would almost certainly be called into question both the Congress and the courts is free standing..

A highly placed administration official told Fox News on Wednesday that so far no decision, the compromise legislation – and, trump, White house officials and Department of Homeland Security officials need to first of all, the Chance to go through the whole bill with a fine tooth comb.

The possibility of a Declaration of a national emergency is still on the table, the official said, although no decision has been taken on that, either.
