Boerkaverbod Belgium is not in conflict with human rights
The boerkaverbod that are in force in Belgium, is not inconsistent with the convention on human rights. That has the European Court of Human Rights Tuesday ruled. It is in Belgium since 2011 prohibited to face to (partially) cover up in public places.
Two women had a fine because they a burqa wore in Brussels. The highest Belgian courts rejected their pleas, after which they to the court in Strasbourg got. That assessed the request of a muslim women to the ban in three municipalities to destroy.
